I placed my order a tad too late and these wonderful gals assisted me in getting my dress delivered the very next day. It's gorgeous, and I'm super pleased with it.

"Impressions of the pink sweater and lilac dress"
The quality of the pink sweater and lilac dress is fantastic. I ordered two sizes of the dress and ended up keeping the smaller one, returning the larger size. The refund came through in roughly a week, so no problems there. You do have to cover return shipping since they’re a small business, but honestly, even the big brands are doing that now. I’d much rather back these ladies.

"Terrible experience with returns and customer service!"
The way this company handles communication is just terrible. I've had to send several emails just to get a response about sending back my item. Now that I've sent it off, I still haven't seen my refund, and it's been 4 weeks already!

"These high low dresses are fantastic!"
These high low dresses are fantastic and truly make you feel great. I’m a UK 14 and I’m not a fan of my arms, so I usually steer clear of strappy dresses, but this one is super flattering. I’ve picked up two more colors for the summer. Returns aren’t free, which makes sense since this is a small independent business, and it looks like larger brands are beginning to charge for returns too. I’d much rather back a small female-run company any day!
